Onomichi Ramen specialty restaurant, located in front of Sumiyoshi Shrine along Onomichi Kaigan-dori (coastal road). It is a restaurant that originated from a product, originally sold through mail order, and which became a hot topic of conversation.

The noodles are soup-capturing flat, aged, fresh noodles. Its characteristics include resisting going limp, and being able to enjoy its firmness until the very end. The soup has a rich soy sauce flavor. Small fish from Seto is used as a secret ingredient, to a base with pork, chicken carcass and vegetables. It also has plenty of pork back fat, characteristic of Onomichi Ramen.

The most popular Kakuni Ramen has large soft braised pork belly as well as plenty of vegetables.
For an additional fee, you can increase the size of the dish, and there is also a great value set meal which comes with Gyoza.
