The complex is located inside of a renovated old warehouse, and it is home to hotels, restaurants, cafés, shops, and more. 由舊倉庫改建而成，外觀時尚，住宿設施、文青潮牌、雜貨商場咖啡廳、住宿的遊客可以把自行車帶進房間，吸引了從世界各國專程前來騎乘單車的旅客。隔壁有家捷安特腳踏車店，除了可以購買腳踏車相關用品也可以租借。
