Last update :

Shinjuku Station is a terminal at the heart of Tokyo. Just 4-minutes on foot from its east exit, this restaurant serves “Evolving Sushi.” The chefs carefully arrange the taste, aroma, texture and look to provide sushi as an entertainment.

Courses are served as a buffet of tuna sushi for two hours. 16 Japanese dishes of the day such as sushi with large and medium marbled tuna and red tuna, etc. are served and then you can eat sushi with real raw tuna as much as you want. With an extra fee, all-you-can-drink can be added. There are standard plans and premium plans with 5 brands of sake. Only the courses are provided, but if it is an addition to a course, a la carte can be ordered.

The wooden interior in Japanese style is comfortable. You can watch the experienced chefs cook before you at the counter or choose the table seats depending on your wants.
