Minute walk from Ishikawa’s front gate, JR Kanazawa Station, will get you to this steak house. Besides grilling on the iron plate slowly at a low temperature to preserve the original deliciousness of Wagyu (Teppanyaki), broiling technique over firewood (Aburiyaki) is also adopted.
For firewood, oak and cherry are used to add the aroma to the delicate flavor of the Wagyu beef and preserve its tasty juice over the steady heat of the firewood.

Wagyu beef is lined up at all times including Noto beef raised in a rich environment blessed with nature, as well as other brand names selected from all over Japan. Also, seafood directly shipped from Kanazawa Port, fresh lobster, and seasonal local vegetables such as Kaga round yams and Kaga lotus roots are available for exploring local tastes. While dinner time focuses on luxurious steak courses, lunch time offers reasonable menus.
