While the hotels and ryokan along the Kurobe River all boast beautiful views, "Yamanoha" stands out for its breathtaking scenery from its open-air baths.

The hotel's signature panoramic open-air bath is designed with tiered levels, allowing guests to enjoy different views from each section. As you soak in the gentle waters, known as "Tsubetsube Bihada no Yu" for their skin-smoothing qualities, you can take in the seasonal beauty of Kurobe Gorge and the iconic red bridge of the Kurobe Gorge Railway.

Dining is buffet-style, offering an array of luxurious dishes made from the bounties of the sea and mountains of Hokuriku and Toyama. Guests can enjoy fresh sashimi and sushi made with fish from the Sea of Japan, along with other delectable dishes prepared in the live open kitchen, where chefs cook right in front of you.

The hotel was fully renovated in 2019, offering 142 rooms in a variety of styles, including Japanese-style, Western-style, and hybrid Japanese-Western rooms.
