A multi-purpose park spread across rolling hills near Tokachigawa Onsen. Covering Approx. 10 hectares, the park features colorful flowers and a spacious lawn centered around Hanakku, a giant flower clock with a diameter of 18 meters. With athletic playground equipment, a picnic and cooking area, and a multi-purpose open space, both children and adults can relax, stay active, and enjoy picnics or strolls.

The park also has a free footbath where you can enjoy moor hot spring water while taking in views of the flower clock and lawn area, making it an easy way to enjoy an onsen-like experience (usually available from late April to late October). A short walk up the slope from the park leads to the Tokachigaoka Observation Deck, where you can look out over the Tokachi River, the Tokachi Plain, and even the Hidaka Mountains. Around sunset, the changing colors of the sky create beautiful scenery, making it a popular photo spot as well.

The flowers in the garden beds are replanted with the seasons, and from spring to fall, vivid blooms fill the park. With its wide lawns, playground equipment, and multi-purpose open space, this is a park that is easy for everyone to enjoy, from families to solo travelers.
