Supervised by :  Yukari Co., Ltd.

Okonomiyaki Yukari, a popular okonomiyaki restaurant with its flagship location in Osaka’s Sonezaki Ohatsu Tenjin-dori Shopping Street and more than 10 locations across the Kansai and Kanto regions, has produced its first accommodation. This new style of lodging offers guests an immersive experience with teppan cooking culture, including okonomiyaki. Guests have the entire property to themselves and can relax in comfort.

The main feature is the enormous commercial griddle in the dining room. Guests can use it to prepare teppan dishes considered Osaka soul food, including okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and tonpeiyaki. One Okonomiyaki Yukari DIY ingredient kit is provided, so guests can buy cabbage and other ingredients at a nearby supermarket and cook their own meal.

An optional okonomiyaki cooking class led by the manager of Okonomiyaki Yukari’s Sonezaki flagship restaurant is also available. Guests can watch a professional’s techniques up close and make their own okonomiyaki under the manager’s careful guidance.
