The explanation about the different knives because I could understand more about the differences and uses for each type. The I liked the sharpening part because it was very interesting seeing how an action. That looks very rough in the end is actually very smooth and precise.

Learning with the masters how to sharp a knife. They were so patient and nice and it’s a good experience cause everything that I learnt I can use it back home.

Favorite moment was the knife sharpening. I learned something that would be useful to me in the future and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They seemed very engaged about teaching us the basics of knife sharpening and providing everyone with a full experience, even if we were running a bit out of time. Taking the knife home is also very lovely.
