I finally got to visit before the pandemic—dream come true!

I had two very positive experiences at this store when I went to drop off my 2015 Macbook Pro for repairs, and when I went to pick it up. In both cases I was helped by English-speaking staff who gave me their full attention. The repair itself is excellent. I feel like I have a new computer.

It's right in Shinjuku, so the location is super convenient. The store feels bright and has all the signature Apple design elements. There are staff who speak Chinese and explain the products really clearly. The only downside is that it's crowded, so the staff can get a bit overwhelmed.
