The Karuizawa Prince Hotel West offers a peaceful, beautiful setting surrounded by forest and lovely scenery. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is thoughtful. Its convenient location near the Prince Shopping Plaza and ski slopes makes it ideal for shopping, sightseeing, or a relaxing getaway. I’d love to stay here again.

Walking into the hotel honestly felt like stepping into a scene from a European movie. The view from the room is just forest—so soothing.
