Strolling through the dreamy lavender field light show while looking up at brilliant fireworks blooming in the night sky makes for the ultimate romantic summer night. I was so happy sitting alone in the lavender fields at dusk, waiting for and taking in Furano’s purple summer-night romance.
The best time to visit is June to August when the flowers are in full bloom and the weather is just right. It's not just the flowers—the scenery around here is gorgeous too. Perfect spot for landscape photos.
There's a flower maze in the park, which is a fun and challenging attraction. Visitors can wander through the maze, discover different flowers and landscapes, and enjoy the mystery and excitement it offers.
I got to make a lavender pillow here. It's small but super handy for napping on the tour bus.
Flower viewing in Furano, Hokkaido, is always on my must-do list. There are so many beautiful flower fields in Furano!
