All Reviews of Mt. Moiwa

I went to Mt. Moiwa in Sapporo to see the night view, and I was truly captivated by the scenery before me! As the cable car made its way up the mountain and gradually climbed higher, the lights of downtown Sapporo slowly came into view.

Once I reached the observation deck, I saw a whole cityscape sparkling with lights that stretched into the distance. Together with the darkness of the mountain at night, the entire scene was very romantic. Standing high up in the cold wind, I still couldn't bring myself to leave.

Standing on the observation deck at the summit of Mt. Moiwa, the wind blowing toward me carried the evening chill. All around, the golden-orange afterglow of the sunset gradually sinking behind the mountains gave way to a deep blue sky.

Looking up at the delicate Bell of Happiness in the center, the surrounding railings were covered with sparkling heart-shaped locks, filling the air with a romantic and peaceful atmosphere.

As night completely fell, I looked down over Sapporo, renowned as one of Japan's New Three Major Night Views. The endless, dazzling lights spread out beneath my feet like scattered diamonds, and the visual impact was truly overwhelming.

Overall, this is an iconic attraction with extremely magnificent scenery and a breathtaking night view. If you have the chance to visit Sapporo, it's well worth making time to go up the mountain and experience it for yourself.

Taking the ropeway and the little lift is so much fun—it really feels like you're floating up into the forest. Visiting in winter is magical, with Sapporo city covered in snow like a fairytale.
