Although I didn't eat at this particular location, I've had the same brand's motsunabe before, and honestly, it really wasn't to my taste. The beef intestines were extremely hard to chew. Even after chewing forever, they were still like rubber bands and impossible to bite through, so I almost had to swallow them whole. They were also full of fat, so after two or three pieces, I started to feel overwhelmed by the richness. The texture was quite different from what I'd expected.

If you're worried about the strong flavor of beef intestines, you don't have to be here. They prepare everything really cleanly. I highly recommend their spicy broth—it's just a little spicy and really whets your appetite.
