The sweet potato was fragrant and sweet, with a soft, creamy texture that wasn't watery at all. It was especially delicious. It tasted a lot like the roasted sweet potatoes I used to have back home, which instantly felt very familiar. The ice cream also had a rich, milky flavor. I really liked it and will buy it again next time!
