This is a Japanese-style bar, with the concept of enjoying your meal with "sound". In line with this concept, the sound of Japanese meals being prepared on chopping boards and hot pots resonates from the open kitchen and opens one's appetite.
The broth is really rich and flavorful. So good!

This restaurant specializes in tsukemen, which is eaten with noodles in a separate dish that are dipped into the rich soup. By taking time to carefully cook their "rich pork seafood soup", it draws out the flavor from the pork and seafood to the utmost limits.
The broth is so rich, and the noodles soak up all that flavor. Seriously delicious.
