The rows of maple trees along both sides of the river are insanely red—absolutely stunning, especially with the wooden bridge in the background for photos! The evening light-up event is super romantic. The illuminated leaves look totally different from how they do during the day.

Rokko-Arima Ropeway
The ropeway connects Arima Onsen, one of the three oldest hot springs in Japan and one of the three best springs in Japan, to the top of the national park Mt. Rokko.
If you love taking photos, you'll really enjoy this place. The mountain scenery, sunsets, night views, and distant views of Kobe Harbor all make for great shots along the way.

Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park
The museum for learning about railways including the history of the former Usui Line, which had been active for 104 years from 1893 to1997, and experience of the Electric railway operation.
There are lots of antique trains on display in the park, and the little souvenirs they sell are really cute. Kids love this place.
