Getting from Echigo-Yuzawa Station to Naeba Ski Resort is really convenient. You can hop straight on a bus right after leaving the station.
The ski area is huge, with runs for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers, and the lifts and facilities are well set up. There’s also night skiing, which gives the whole experience a different vibe.
After skiing, you can grab food at the newly opened food hall and then go soak in a hot spring. Overall, it was a really comfortable experience and a great place to come have fun with friends. I come at least once or twice every year.

The "Kamui Ski Links" is a ski resort where all levels of skiers, from beginners to experts, can enjoy skiing. There are a total of 25 courses, ranging from well-maintained courses to unpaved courses, with the "Gold" course, which boasts a maximum width of 150 meters, being the main course here. In summer, the resort is open as Hokkaido's only grass ski resort, so you can enjoy skiing all year round.
The ski area is pretty big, but it wasn’t crowded.
The runs are nice and wide, and the snow is super powdery.
