You can swallow it directly, and the small packaging makes it super easy to carry around. I really like the peach flavor.

Kiryu Textile Hall Former Building
The Kiryu Textile Memorial Hall is housed in a building constructed in 1934 as the office of the Kiryu Textile Weavers Cooperative Association. The structure was accredited by the Agency for Cultural Affairs as a “Japan Heritage” site in 2015 and is also a cultural asset of Kiryu City.
They have old machines and some textiles on display inside, but I couldn't really understand the explanations. Kiryu textiles are pretty pricey, but it seems like they're not as famous as Nishijin textiles.

Ashikaga Flower Park
At Ashikaga Flower Park, visitors can admire seasonal flowers presented through eight themes: Early Spring, Spring Flower Festival, A Tale of the Wisteria, Rainbow Garden, Blue & White Garden, Flower Fairies on the Water, Purple Garden, and Flower Fantasy. This popular destination attracts many visitors from Japan and abroad.
You can see all kinds of different wisteria flowers in various colors, and there's a light floral scent in the air. Besides wisteria, there are other flowers too. Even though I visited near the end of the blooming season, I was still really impressed and moved.
