Watching the pros flip takoyaki looks so easy, but when you try it yourself, it's a whole different story! 🤣

Tendon Ramen Hageten Ginza Branch
This restaurant features a collaboration between “Ginza Hageten,” the long-established tempura restaurant, and “Ippudo,” the famous ramen restaurant from Fukuoka. The “Tendon and Ramen” is the basic menu item, but you can order them separately or choose from many other options.
The portions here are huge! The tempura is piled up like a mountain, and the shrimp is massive—so juicy when you bite into it.

Dotonbori
Crab, octopus, cow, crane….these are just a few of the oversized 3D signboards that make up the look and feel of the bustling Dotonbori Area. Its packed with a number of eateries along the northern Dotonbori River and main street along its southern side.
There are tons of drugstores along the whole street, plus lots of food options too.

Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street
Osaka's representative shopping arcade. It is said to be "the longest shopping arcade in Japan" with a total length of about 2.6 km from Tenjinbashi 1-chome to 7-chome. It takes about 40 minutes to walk from one end of the arcade to the other. The arcade began to flourish when it became the main approach to Osaka Tenmangu Shrine, which is located in 2-chome and is dedicated to Sugawara Michizane, the god of learning.
This shopping street is super long—I spent the whole afternoon exploring it.
