It's part of the beautiful Arashiyama scenery, and there are plenty of other spots to check out around the bridge.

TOKYO SKYTREE(R) TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN(R)
Boasting a height of 634 meters, TOKYO SKYTREE is the world’s tallest free-standing tower which stands in the center of TOKYO SKYTREE TOWN surrounded by tourist facilities. The tower has two observation decks, Tembo Deck at a height of 350 meters and Tembo Galleria at 450 meters.
The view from the Tembo Deck is super open—you can see all of Tokyo in every direction! There's also a glass floor inside the tower, so you can look straight down beneath your feet. It's both thrilling and fun.

Happo-en
Located just a short distance from Shirokanedai Station, "Happo-en" is a Japanese garden that sprawls over a vast area of approximately 10,000 tsubo. The garden, dotted with seasonal flowers and buildings that evoke a sense of history, is a relaxing spot where visitors can enjoy the changing expressions of the seasons, which explains why the garden is named "Beautiful in Every Direction".
There are so many beautiful spots inside Happo-en. It's a fantastic place for taking photos.
