The restaurant specializes in Ishigaki Beef, a premium brand of Japanese Black Wagyu raised exclusively in Okinawa’s Yaeyama district, renowned for its lean yet tender texture, subtle sweetness, and rich flavor.
The Ishigaki beef here is amazing—the marbling is perfect, and the meat is so tender it just melts in your mouth. Even the offal, like the small intestines, is super springy. Pairing it with Orion draft beer is spot on. Prices are reasonable, portions are generous, and the stone-grilled crème brûlée for dessert is fantastic. Overall, this is a must-visit yakiniku spot when you're in Ishigaki!
