The park has a simple design but really captures the local vibe. The stone monuments and torii blend in with nature, giving the place a solemn yet peaceful feel. If you come in autumn, the combination of fall leaves and steam is especially dreamy—perfect for photos. At night, there are lights at certain times, which adds a mysterious touch!

Hagi Reverberatory Furnace
The Hagi Reverberatory Furnace, located in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, is the remains of a Western-style furnace built to melt metal. Constructed in 1856 by the Hagi Domain to produce iron cannons in response to foreign threats, only the approximately 10-meter-high brick chimney remains today.
The Hagi Reverberatory Furnace is full of historical significance and is really well preserved. It's a precious relic of the industrial revolution. The explanations are detailed and interesting, and the scenery is beautiful. Truly unforgettable!

Choshi Otaki
A waterfall located where water flows from Lake Towada and merges with the Oirase Gorge stream. Standing approximately 7 meters tall and 20 meters wide, it is the largest waterfall in the Oirase Gorge and the only one along the main stream. The name "Choshi Otaki" derives from its resemblance to the spout of a traditional sake bottle, with Lake Towada representing the bottle itself.
Hidden in the mountains, the waterfall is powerful and fast-flowing. The surrounding natural scenery is beautiful, making it a great spot to explore nature and relax.
