It used to be the city hall, and it's totally free to enter. If you're passing by, it's definitely worth checking out. They have exhibits about Yonago Castle, the port's development, and San'in culture.

Ueno Park
Ueno Park, officially known as "Ueno Onshi Park," is located in Taito Ward, Tokyo. Managed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Construction Bureau, the park spans an impressive area of 530,000 square meters and has a rich history.
When the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, Japanese people picnic and drink under the trees. The park gets super crowded, which kind of takes away from the fun of flower viewing.
