Obaku-san Manpuku-ji Temple
Manpuku-ji is the head temple associated with the Obaku Zen sect, one of three major Zen sects in Japan. The temple was founded in 1661 by the Chinese high monk Ingen Zenji, still offering a glimpse into the tapestry of Chinese culture of the day including architecture, ceremonial customs and authentic cuisine.
Turns out this Zen temple came from the Ming Dynasty in China, which explains why the architectural details have such a special vibe.

Yufuin Burger House
Located in the bustling central area of Yufuin, Yufuin Burger House is a specialty burger shop renowned for its juicy patties made from a blend of Bungo beef. The famous "Yufuin Burger" is made fresh to order, ensuring hot, juicy patties and crispy, flavorful bacon. The burger also features local, fresh LL-sized eggs and rich cheddar cheese, perfectly complementing each other. Packed with fresh vegetables, the burger is surprisingly easy to finish despite its substantial appearance.
Awesome! The burger is juicy and hearty, with fresh toppings and perfectly toasted buns. I felt super satisfied after eating. The shop has a cozy, local vibe—definitely a must-try when you're in Yufuin!

Kurashiki Ivy Square
The main factory of the Kurashiki Spinning Mill, founded in 1889, has been turned into a tourism and cultural complex, the Kurashiki Ivy Square. The facility is a reproduction of a British factory. The replicated red brick buildings with lush green ivy vine presents a classical but modern atmosphere.
This place was converted from the Kurashiki Spinning Mill and has a lot of cultural significance.
