It is a flower garden that welcomes you with its seasonal flowers, such as tulips in spring, sunflowers in summer, and cosmos in autumn. In the center of the garden, there is a symbolic windmill which actually spins with wind power. It is a genuine Dutch windmill, which can change the angle and position of the blades according to the wind force and direction. Visitors can go inside for free and observe the large gears and how the water is pumped.
By the windmill, there is a garden inspired by Dutch gardens, with seasonal flowers and plants common in the Netherlands blooming all year. Visitors can feel like they are in the Netherlands while walking along the promenade in the refreshing breeze from Inba-numa Lake.
There are 24 sections of shared gardens and local residents maintain the gardens by planting flowers, weeding, and watering them to keep them looking beautiful. During the festive season, including Christmas and Doll’s festival, the garden is decked with colorful decorations throughout the garden, adding to the cheerful atmosphere.
