A variety of lunch menus feature a 3-Type Deep fried (tatsuta age) lunch. It is made with Japanese Chicken, Fu (wheat gluten), and Soy meat marinated in a secret sauce. “Tatsuta Age”, a popular deep-fried dish. is named after the Tatsuta River flowing through Ikaruga Town. Surely, it is a Ikaruga local favorite. Out of the 3 deep fried dishes, the taste of deep-fried Fu is superb. Soaked in sauce and with a soft texture, it is often repeated by many fans.
