京料亭老舖,提供比較親民的京都料理~這裡的每種食材都令人驚豔,料理也是正統的京都味,店裡有料亭師傅在坐鎮指揮。好吃又美味。門口排隊的長度超過一半以上⋯等待很值得🙏

Hashitate
A representative Kyoto-style restaurant offering a more casual style.
Hashitate is run by Wakuden, one of Kyoto's representative Kyoto-style restaurants. The name of the restaurant, "Hashitate," comes from "Amanohashidate," a famous sightseeing spot in Tango, Kyoto, where the Wakuden was founded. Special ryotei dishes with seasonal ingredients and sensitive dashi broth are offered in a casual atmosphere, mainly in don style (rice bowls) and noodles. The restaurant is loved by people of all ages.
The most popular item is the "Hashitate Set," which includes don (rice bowl style) topped with sea bream with sesame miso and Wakuden's famous lotus confection, "Seiko.” Enjoy tasting this with a delicious broth in the simple but elegant chazuke style. The restaurant also offers a seasonal menu, a special lunch set with a don and nyumen noodle dish, and light meals during teatime. The menu varies depending on the time of day and preferred eating style.
A take-out counter is set up next to the entrance of the restaurant. You can purchase sesame miso sushi with sea bream and mackerel sushi, as well as "Saiko," a lotus confectionery for travel souvenir.
