Packed with seasonal vegetables and fillings that change daily, the quiches are baked fresh in-house every morning. In addition to seasonal fruit tarts, the selection includes baked nut tarts and a daily tart. From opening until 4:00 p.m., a lunch set featuring quiche, salad, and a small soup is also available.
The drink selection includes individually hand-dripped coffee, matcha milk whisked with a bamboo tea whisk, and organic herbal tea. There is also an extensive range of alcoholic beverages, including craft beer, homemade fruit liqueurs, and sangria.
