Cafe Bimi
A roastery and coffee shop where you can taste carefully roasted gems of coffee.
This long-established coffee shop is located along Keyaki Street between the ruins of Fukuoka Castle and Gokoku Shrine, with a roasting room and coffee bean sales space on the first floor and a coffee shop on the second floor.
The coffee is characterized by its deep roast. The beans are carefully selected for their variety and quality, slowly roasted in-house, and the owner carefully brews one cup at a time with flannel drip.
In addition to straight coffee, which is mainly Mocha, the shop offers 5 types of blends with different strengths from "light" to "hobby". Rich demitasse coffee and "Mazagran," a two-layer chilled coffee, are also recommended for coffee connoisseurs. 7 kinds of dried fruits soaked in 3 kinds of liquors make a mature fruitcake that goes great with the coffee.
It is highly recommended to order it together.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere with a small counter and table seating. With greenery spreading outside the windows, this is a great place to relax and forget about time.
