Asakusa Jidaiya is known for revivaling rickshaw riding in Asakusa. Apart from rickshaws, visitors can experience traditional Japanese cultural activities such as Kimono rentals and Japanese cultural experiences.

The rickshaw driver knows the ins-and-outs of Asakusa. They will take you through model courses to traveling spots such as Sumida Park, Nitenmon Gate, and Asakusa Shrine in the “Edo Sightseeing Tour ”. In the “Power Spot Temple Tour”. visitors will explore Imado Shrine and Ushijima Shrine. Visitors can also request areas to visit according to preference.

In the Japan Culture Experience, visitors can take a tea ceremony, wagashi (Japanese sweets) making, wadaiko drums, shamisen playing experiences, and unique experiences such as Iaido, or wearing Samurai armor to become a warrior.

The Kimono Rentals available in a variety of styles, from orthodox dresses to Taisho-romanticism based dresses. Even gothic-style dresses are available. Professionals will dress you up, and set your hair. Visitors can even rent accessories. allowing visitors to come freehand. Additional options include hats, and gloves, allowing visitors to customize their experience.
