Fresh shirasu whitebait caught off Kujukuri Beach, which stretches right in front of the restaurant, is a local specialty. In addition to kamaage shirasu, boiled whitebait, raw shirasu may also be available depending on the season. Another signature dish is the tsuri kinme料理, line-caught splendid alfonsino prepared with a salt-based sauce that locks in its freshness and flavor. The menu also features a wide variety of seafood dishes, including fugu pufferfish, monkfish, mackerel, oysters, and sardines.
