Taishu Chuka Hosana is a Chinese restaurant in Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture, in the Boso region. Affectionately known as the "Donkey Ramen Shop," it is also known as the birthplace of Sodegaura's local ramen, White Gau Ramen. The restaurant's White Gau Ramen won first place at the Sode-1 Grand Prix held in 2011. Since then, it has become widely loved both within and outside the area as Sodegaura City's local ramen.

The signature dish and local specialty is White Gau Ramen. It features a creamy soup made with fresh milk and accented with ginger. Even if you do not like milk, it is easy to enjoy and has a light taste. The menu also includes simple shoyu ramen and gomoku ankake yakisoba.
