At the "Kyotamba Marche," open from 6:00am, you’ll find a wide range of carefully crafted items from local producers. Be sure to check out locally harvested mountain vegetables as well as farm produce such as watermelon and tomatoes.

In autumn, black soybeans and chestnuts, both iconic specialties of Tanba, take center stage, bringing a season that makes you appreciate the blessings of the harvest. With the mountains colored by autumn leaves as a backdrop, this is an especially lively time to enjoy seasonal flavors.
