Every room has an open-air bath and an indoor bath supplied entirely by natural hot spring water. The property features Japan's first all-weather open-air baths with electrically operated roofs and front walls. Adjust the wall height and roof opening to enjoy the hot spring just the way you like. Tsubaki Onsen is a simple sulfur spring known for its smooth, slightly viscous water and reputation as a “beauty bath.” The rooms also feature Mirabath, the “human washing machine” that drew attention at Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.

Every guest room has a terrace dining area where meals are served against a backdrop of sweeping ocean views and sunsets. The creative fusion courses combine Japanese and Western cuisine, using ingredients such as red sea bream from southern Kishu and Kuroge Wagyu beef, with careful attention paid to both presentation and texture.

Messages can also be projected across the night sky with laser beams. Certified by Guinness World Records as the world's largest laser message, this display has illuminated the sky with more than 20,000 messages for proposals, anniversaries, and other special occasions.
