AQUAIGNIS Awaji Island

Located in Akashi Kaikyo National Government Park, this natural hot spring resort is centered on relaxation and food. Its seaside grounds feature natural hot springs, restaurants, shops, and accommodations, offering a relaxing place to unwind.

The sodium chloride spring water, drawn from about 3,300 feet underground, is believed to help moisturize the skin. The resort has separate indoor baths for men and women called Izanagi-no-Yu, as well as Izanami-no-Yuyu, an infinity hot spring with a bath about 148 feet wide. At Izanami-no-Yuyu, the expansive setting creates the sensation of merging with Osaka Bay stretching out before you.

Two restaurants and a bakery serve dishes made with local ingredients, all accompanied by ocean views. Bicycle rentals are available from Cyclism Awaji. Popular routes offer an easy way to visit scenic spots nearby, including a short course to the base of the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Accommodation options include stays in camper vans at the trailer park, with the excitement of spending the night in a secret hideaway for adults, as well as an RV park, allowing guests to choose the style that suits their stay.
