This is the biggest red-light district in Asia and a great spot to experience Tokyo's nightlife. At night, the area is brightly lit, and the neon signs are dazzling—it's super lively!

It's mostly foreign tourists here—Japanese people don't really come, maybe because the area isn't that safe.

Kabukicho is Tokyo's famous city that never sleeps. Even though many shops aren't open during the day, there are already quite a few people handing out flyers.

This is Tokyo’s famous nightlife district. There are lots of promoters at the entrances trying to attract customers, so I felt a bit awkward taking photos. The izakayas were packed, and the whole area was full of energy.

It's pretty calm here during the day, but at night, it's a totally different scene.

If you’re in Shinjuku, you definitely have to check this place out.

You get to see a different side of Japan's nightlife here. Everywhere you go, there are these free information centers. Supposedly, they can introduce you to hosts and hostesses for free, and they even have photos you can choose from. The faces aren't even blurred out—I'm not sure if that's for real or not!

You hardly ever see so many police officers anywhere else, but here you can see as many as you want.

I once saw a group of guys dressed as maids holding brooms on the street—no idea what they were doing! There are definitely some unusual people around here.
