The Tempozan Ferris Wheel is about 112.5 meters tall, and one ride takes about 15 minutes. From high above, you can enjoy views of downtown Osaka and Osaka Bay. On clear days, you can also see the Ikoma Mountains, Mount Rokko, the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, and Kansai International Airport in the distance. It’s very easy to get to—take the Osaka Metro Chuo Line to Osakako Station, then walk about 5 minutes.

This Ferris wheel is such an iconic landmark! As the cabin slowly rises, the view of Osaka Bay gradually unfolds before your eyes. Seeing it from up high really feels different.

Sitting in the air-conditioned cabin and leisurely enjoying the scenery outside makes the whole ride very relaxing.

This Ferris wheel is really perfect for a nighttime ride. The lights are beautiful, and it moves pretty slowly, so it doesn’t feel too intense. You can just relax and enjoy the night view of Osaka Port.

On a clear day, the view is awesome, and you can even see places farther away. There’s also a shopping mall and aquarium nearby, so it’s a great area to spend half a day exploring at a relaxed pace.

The only downside is that it can get a little crowded during peak hours, but overall it’s still definitely worth riding at least once. It has that romantic, laid-back Osaka Port vibe.

There aren't many of the all-transparent cabins on the Tempozan Ferris wheel, so if you want one with clear seats and floors, you'll have to wait longer. Honestly, the regular cabins are just fine—you can still see the view outside, so there's really not much difference!

The Osaka Bay area is awesome for exploring! There's the Ferris wheel, USJ, and the aquarium. One day just isn't enough to enjoy everything! 🦉

The view is just okay, but the nighttime experience is definitely better than during the day.

The night view from the Ferris wheel is amazing. I recommend taking the transparent cabin so you can really enjoy the scenery.

There are other attractions nearby like the aquarium, LEGOLAND Osaka, and sightseeing cruises. It’s perfect for a day trip.

After visiting the aquarium, you absolutely have to ride one of the world's tallest Ferris wheels!
