Fushimi Inari Taisha is always bustling with worshippers. Thousands of torii gates, each donated by individuals or companies with their names and dates, stretch from the base of the mountain all the way to the top.

Unlike other shrines in Japan, Inari shrines are mainly painted in bright vermilion. It's such a festive color.
