Saijo Sakagura Dori has seven sake breweries, each making their own sake. Most of them offer tastings too—it's a paradise for sake lovers! There's one called 'Kamotsuru' that serves a special sake hot pot, which is absolutely delicious. You have to try it if you visit!

I’d heard the rice here was really good before coming, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The grains are golden and plump—honestly the best rice I’ve ever had.

This brewery is really unique and the decor is impressive. It's totally different from other breweries and really opened my eyes.
