These Yukishio cookies are definitely one of my favorite Okinawan souvenirs. They offer a wide variety of products, including their classic sandwich cookies, langue de chat cookies, and the richer, more substantial butter toast series. Every one of them is well worth buying.

Made with natural Yukishio salt unique to Miyakojima, they have just the right touch of natural saltiness, paired with a perfectly balanced sweetness in the filling. The combination of sweet and salty is truly delicious. I still remember trying the ice cream with cookies at the store, and that wonderful flavor was unforgettable.
