While shopping in Ikebukuro, I happened to pass by gashacoco and couldn't resist going in when I saw all the capsule toy machines! They had all kinds of anime items, characters, and cute little trinkets. Just looking at the machines felt so soothing.

This time, I decided to try my luck with an Anpanman capsule toy. The moment I turned the knob, I was really excited to see which one I'd get!

While walking around, I came across the capsule toy shop gashacoco and was drawn inside before I knew it. After carefully considering my options, I tried the Moomin tabletop mini alarm clock series. The quality is quite good, and it costs only JPY 500, making it a nice decoration for the office. I also accidentally got a Snoopy umbrella charm. Although it really is a useless little trinket, it's still very comforting. Don't forget that you can also redeem a beautiful pair of chopsticks here!

I was trying to get an anime character, but I ended up with some super weird food designs instead. It was honestly so funny 😂

The colors of the chopsticks are really soft, and they feel nice to hold. You can tell they put a lot of thought into designing this gift. Little events like this make me feel the store really cares. It's so much fun to collect souvenirs while playing the capsule machines. I was genuinely happy!

This place is seriously so much fun! There are entire walls packed with capsule toy machines, and the variety is just wild—anime characters, figures, and even some super quirky stuff. Once you walk in, you can't help but want to try a few. The space isn't huge, but the vibe is lively and it's great for photos too. If you're into capsule toys, you have to add this to your Ikebukuro plans—it's super relaxing!
