Agodashi Inaniwa Udon Kosendo offers Inaniwa udon made with flying fish stock. The udon comes from Makabeya, a long-established noodle maker in Akita. This specialty restaurant is dedicated to carefully selected ingredients, with a focus on locally sourced products.
Once you try Kosendo's broth, you won't want to go to any other Inaniwa udon place.
It's seriously that delicious, and you really can't go wrong here!!!
They have all kinds of udon on the menu, and the small rice set dishes are excellent too.
They also offer local beer, sake, and iburigakko.
The service is very polite, and the atmosphere is fantastic.
If this place were closer, I'd probably come back again and again...
