I do not recommend this hotel. I was charged an additional fee that was different from what was stated when I booked.
I came from Taiwan for a trip. When I made the reservation, I selected a plan for 3 people from the start: 2 adults and 1 child, with breakfast included.
However, when we went to the breakfast venue today, the staff at reception told me that since my younger sister is already 10 years old, we needed to pay an additional fee of about JPY 1,600.
There was no mention of this extra charge anywhere on the booking site’s information page. Being asked to pay an unexpected additional fee on-site without any prior explanation felt very unreasonable.
The handling of this situation was very disappointing, so I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
