I highly recommend coming to Sumida Park in the evening. It feels so relaxing to enjoy the breeze while taking in the view of the Sumida River, and seeing the Asahi Beer Hall in the distance gives it a laid-back urban vibe.

Ueno Tosho-gu
A shrine dedicated to the first shogun of the Edo shogunate (1603-1867), Tokugawa Ieyasu.
I really loved the peaceful atmosphere at Ueno Toshogu. I originally just stopped by while passing through, but the architectural details were incredibly intricate. The carvings and gold leaf decorations were especially worth taking the time to admire.

ICHIRAN Souhonten -Headshop & Office-
Located within the headquarters of Ichiran, this is the main store of the renowned ramen chain which is not only present all over Japan, but also overseas, in places like New York, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Among the many famous tonkotsu ramen shops in Fukuoka, Ichiran is particularly popular.
I really like that at Ichiran you can adjust the noodle firmness, spice level, and garlic to your liking. Every time, I get the flavor that suits me best, and that level of customization is a big plus.

Onuma Quasi National Park
In July 1958, Onuma Quasi-National Park was designated as the 13th in the nation and the only quasi-national park in southern Hokkaido.
Onuma in winter is absolutely stunning when the whole lake freezes over. The endless white scenery feels so dreamy, and walking on the ice is such a unique experience. With the snowy view of Mount Komagatake, the whole place has an amazing atmosphere.
