Taito Ward Sumida Park is located along the Sumida River and is a great place in Tokyo for taking a walk, viewing flowers, and enjoying the city scenery. Walking along the riverbank, you can see the Sumida River and Tokyo Skytree complementing each other, making for a beautiful view.

This time, I took a walk through the park in person. Feeling the riverside breeze and watching the boats slowly pass by made everything feel more relaxed. The greenery along the way was very pleasant, and during cherry blossom season, you can enjoy views filled with cherry blossoms, creating a wonderful atmosphere for photos.

Sumida Park runs along the Sumida River and offers beautiful scenery in every season, especially during cherry blossom season.

Strolling along the riverbank, you can enjoy views of Tokyo Skytree and the river. It’s relaxing and peaceful, making it a great place for a walk, photos, or simply unwinding.

I highly recommend coming to Sumida Park in the evening. It feels so relaxing to enjoy the breeze while taking in the view of the Sumida River, and seeing the Asahi Beer Hall in the distance gives it a laid-back urban vibe.

Taking a walk through Sumida Park at night, I came across Tokyo Skytree.

Choosing to stay in Asakusa was really a great decision. Besides visiting Senso-ji at night, you can also stroll through Sumida Park and admire the view of Tokyo Skytree by the river. It’s the most beautiful sight.

A walk along the river is really relaxing. The Skytree with the river view is unexpectedly pretty soothing.

Taking a stroll here lets you really enjoy the beauty of nature and unwind.

Summer is when the Sumida River Fireworks Festival happens here—so beautiful!

This is an awesome spot for views of the Skytree!
