Located on Mt. Hakkaisan, known for its heavy snowfall in Minamiuonuma, Niigata Prefecture, this ski resort offers 11 courses for everyone from beginners to advanced skiers. During the peak season, you can experience deep powder almost every day.
If you enjoy high-speed runs, you definitely shouldn’t miss Hakkaisan’s downhill course. The changes in pitch are really well layered, making it a lot of fun to ski.
It’s not too crowded either, so you can really focus on enjoying the thrill of skiing. -
