If you're visiting Odaiba, I highly recommend adding AQUA CiTY to your itinerary. You can enjoy shopping, dining, and ocean views all in one place! Nearby attractions such as Odaiba Marine Park and DiverCity Tokyo Plaza can also be visited along the way. Shop during the day, watch the ocean at sunset, and then enjoy the captivating night view to make your trip to Odaiba even more fulfilling!

Toyosaki Seaside Park Chura SUN Beach
Located just a 15-minute drive from Naha Airport toward Itoman City, Chura SUN Beach at Toyosaki Seaside Park is the closest beach to the airport. It’s a popular spot for watching airplanes take off and land, as well as for enjoying breathtaking sunsets over the horizon.

Cape Chinen Park
Located in Nanjo City in southern Okinawa, Cape Chinen Park sits dramatically at the edge of Cape Chinen, jutting out into the Pacific Ocean. This scenic spot offers panoramic, 250-degree ocean views that stretch across vibrant coral reefs. The mesmerizing gradient from emerald green to deep cobalt blue is nothing short of breathtaking. You can also catch sight of nearby uninhabited Komaka Island, known for its white sandy beaches, and Kudaka Island-revered as the “Island of the Gods.” On clear days, you may even see as far as Tsuken Island and the Katsuren Peninsula to the northeast.

Higashi Honganji Temple, Kyoto
Higashi Honganji Temple is located in Karasuma Rokujo, near Kyoto Station. Officially called "Shinshu Hongyo", Higashi Honganji Temple is the head temple of the Otani sect of Shinshu Buddhism, built in the 7th year of Keichō era (1602) on land donated by Tokugawa Ieyasu to Kyōnyo Shonin.
Higashi Honganji Temple is one of Kyoto's most iconic temples. I happened to pass by it while riding the bus this time, and even from a distance, I could see its magnificent buildings. The exterior looked very solemn and imposing. Unfortunately, my schedule was rather tight, so I didn't have enough time to get off the bus and explore it properly. I could only admire it from the bus and take a quick photo as we passed.
Even though I only passed by briefly, the temple still left an impression on me. If I have the chance to visit Kyoto again, I'll definitely set aside time to go inside and fully experience its history and architectural beauty!
