I stopped by the Shiseido counter at +Q BEAUTY on the 6th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square. With the friendly beauty associate's professional guidance, I finally bought the Elixir serum I'd been wanting for a long time. For skin that's beginning to mature, moisturizing, hydrating, and locking in moisture are key concerns. This serum has a rich texture without feeling sticky, and it felt good when I tried it. With the tax-free discount, I was happy to buy it and happy to use it too.

Seibu Shinjuku PePe
Seibu Shinjuku PePe is a popular shopping center that offers convenience, especially on hot summer days or during heavy rain. It is directly connected to Seibu Shinjuku Station, making it easy to access from other stations like JR, private railways, and subways, all within a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The same building also houses the Shinjuku Prince Hotel, making it convenient for hotel guests to shop and dine.
Shinjuku PePe is directly connected to Seibu-Shinjuku Station, and it’s easy to find by following the signs inside the station. After shopping, I recommend heading across the street to Shinpachi Shokudo for a Japanese set meal! They offer a variety of grilled fish main dishes, with generous portions and affordable prices, making it a great value. No wonder it’s always packed—it’s a great choice for delicious Japanese home-style cooking〜

Inuyama Castle
The Inuyama Castle keep is one of five deemed national treasures in Japan. It’s especially famous for remaining today as the oldest watchtower-style keep in Japan. It’s said it was built in 1537 by Oda Nobuyasu, the father of Oda Nobunaga.
Inuyama Castle is one of Japan’s oldest surviving castle keeps. Its rustic wooden architecture evokes the atmosphere of the Sengoku period. From the top of the keep, you can look out over the Kiso River and the surrounding castle town, with expansive views on clear days. Walking through the castle, you can experience the charm of a traditional Japanese castle from centuries past.

MINORI GELATO
MINORI GELATO is a popular shop serving gelato made with Shodoshima-grown ingredients out of a retro-chic kominka-style house just steps from the Kusakabe Port bus stop.
Don’t miss the adorable MINORI GELATO when visiting Shodoshima! As a gelato lover, I was instantly drawn in as I walked by. They have a wide variety of flavors, including persimmon! With one bite, the rich, smooth creaminess blends with the natural, delicate sweetness of the persimmon. The flavors are layered without being too heavy. If you’re traveling to Shodoshima, don’t miss it〜
