The area is huge—about four times the size of Ueno Zoo! Take the shuttle bus up and then walk down while checking out the animals. The butterfly house is especially cool, with butterflies flying all around you. The animal statues at the entrance are a must for photos.

Nakasu Yataigai (food stall street)
In the gourmet city Hakata, Nakasu Yataigai lets you experience specialized gourmet food - ramen, skewered food, Oden, etc. to go with sake and other drinks. Naka River runs through Kyushu’s busiest downtown, Nakasu. Bright neon lights sparkle on the water and it is quite a sight that all kinds of food stalls are lined along the river! Strolling along the river allows you to catch the energy of the city.
The skewers here are classic! Chicken skin, beef tongue, pork belly—you just can't stop at one. Many of the food stalls have their own special side dishes, too. Grab a plate and pair it with a beer—it's the perfect combo.

Harunire Terrace
This is a “small town” with nine buildings connected with wide wooden decks, utilizing a grove of more than 100 Japanese elm trees alongside the clear stream.
The whole place is beautifully integrated with nature.
All the facilities are well-designed and complete.
It's a super comfortable and relaxing spot. -
Shibuya Hikarie
A shopping center that offers many more ways to enjoy the experience other than just shopping and dining. Floors B3 to 5 comprise the shopping area “ShinQs” which is designed in white and wood colors to create a soft atmosphere with many distinctive shops.
One of Shibuya's landmarks.
It's always packed with people every day.
A multifunctional shopping complex.
