This place has a real early Showa-era vibe. It feels super down-to-earth and the prices are really reasonable.

The Meguro River flows through the Setagaya, Meguro, and Shinagawa wards of Tokyo until it reaches Tokyo Bay.
The cherry blossoms along the Meguro River are absolutely beautiful when they're in full bloom.
